A social post with a clear purpose

Choose one audience question, one key message and one relevant next step.

A post is stronger when you know why you are sharing it. Are you explaining something, clarifying a service, answering a question or helping a reader take a next step? One clear purpose is easier to review than a post trying to do everything.

A practical structure: open with a recognisable question, give one useful answer, explain specialist terms, avoid unsupported claims and close with a relevant next step. Check that image and text belong together.

A photograph alone does not prove who did the work, where it happened or which method was used. Check captions, names and permissions separately.

A click or comment shows attention, not necessarily that the right customer was helped. Notice what questions follow and how much time the post took to prepare. If it is multilingual, have someone review meaning and tone, not just the literal translation.
